The first reason is that our close co-operation with our clients, often insurance companies, ensures a transfer of “know-how”. This is very important to us. We believe that the better informed our clients are, the more effective we can work together to prevent financial losses. In the end, this is also to the benefit of our clients.
We maintain our transparent working style through the complete and simultaneous exchange of all correspondence. This means that at the end of the process, if so desired, our client has the same file that we have.
Recoveries are usually offered on a “no cure – no pay” basis. In other words, if the recovery is unsuccessful, there is no cost to the client. When successful, our clients only pay for our services on the basis of a previously agreed percentage of the gross amount recovered. In cases where external experts, lawyers etc. must become involved, this occurs, of course, only after prior consultation and with the express agreement of the client. Such external costs are borne directly by the client, naturally not without having obtained an approximate cost estimate before.
In the event that services other than recoveries are necessary, e.g. damage analysis, loss prevention advice etc., we also offer our services on an hourly basis.
